Thank you for kind words, but Aleksandra is Russian version, while Alexandra is standartized version in other countries. X is KS. Both the versions are correct.

X de-Russifies it and as someone brought up in Russia, I find it a bit offensive that our names are constantly stripped of their Russian nature.

Well, I could be similarly offended when English take my name and transform it. But I´m not (I´m Czech btw). It´s normal and not offensive at all. William the Conqueror for example is in my coutry reffered to as Vilém. No big deal....
